Your access to and use of the website or service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the website or service.
Minimum Age Requirements
The website or service is offered and made available only to users 18 years of age or older. If you are not yet 18 years old, or your use of the Service is prohibited or restricted in any way by the laws, regulations, or other governmental requirements of the jurisdiction in which you live or reside, please discontinue using the Service immediately because by using or attempting to use the Service, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and meet all other eligibility requirements for your use of the Service.
Intellectual Property Rights
In agreeing to these Terms, you also agree that the rights in the Service and Intuition-developed software, including all intellectual property rights such as trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and copyrights, are protected by one or more of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws, regulations, and treaties, in addition to these Terms and any Separate Agreement. In particular, you agree not to modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any Intuition-developed software, unless you are expressly permitted to do so under an open-source license, we give you express written permission, or you are otherwise legally permitted to do so notwithstanding this prohibition.
Right to Update the Software
In connection with any modification of the Service, Intuition may automatically download software updates on your devices from time to time with the intention of improving, enhancing, repairing, and/or further developing the Service. Intuition will endeavor to provide you with the option of whether or not to install the update; however, in certain circumstances (e.g., security risks), Intuition may require you to install the update to continue accessing the Service. In all cases, you agree to permit Intuition to deliver these updates to you (and you to receive them) as part of your use of the Service.
Device and Network Compliance
Our app fully complies with Google Play’s Device and Network Abuse policy. We ensure that:
The app does not modify, replace, or update itself using any method other than Google Play’s update mechanism.
The app does not download executable code (e.g., dex, JAR, .so files) from a source other than Google Play.
Any interpreted languages (JavaScript, Python, Lua, etc.) loaded at runtime must not allow potential violations of Google Play policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is available “As Is.” YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
(a) YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE PURCHASE AND USE OF ANY PRODUCTS ARE ALL AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AND PRODUCTS ARE SOLD ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTUITION EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
(b) INTUITION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET ALL OF YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; OR (iii) ALL ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.
(c) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED, PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM INTUITION OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR OTHER DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
(d) NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM INTUITION OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT INTUITION, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS, AND OUR AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUCCESSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, COVER, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF INTUITION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, PRODUCTS, DATA, INFORMATION, OR SERVICE PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR THE LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS, CONTENT, OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OR USING THE SERVICE, OR PROVIDING ANY SERVICES RELATED TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR RELATED TO INTUITION; (v) INTUITION’S ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS IN RELIANCE UPON YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND ANY CHANGES THERETO OR NOTICES RECEIVED THEREFROM; (vi) YOUR FAILURE TO PROTECT THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF ANY PASSWORDS OR ACCESS RIGHTS TO YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION; (vii) THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD PARTY USING OR INTEGRATING WITH THE SERVICE OR OFFERING PRODUCTS IN THE INTUITION; (viii) ANY ADVERTISING CONTENT OR YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY ADVERTISED OR OTHER THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE; (ix) THE TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE; OR (x) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
Modification of Terms & Conditions
INTUITION will have the right to modify and restate the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use. You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions regularly. Your continued use of the Service or any associated service after such modifications will be deemed to be your conclusive acceptance of all modifications to this Terms of Use. If you are dissatisfied as a result of such modification(s), your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Service and all such services.
Permissions
Camera: To take pictures of items, attach them to products, and scan barcodes.
Contacts: This app collects contact information like the number of contacts on the device with a phone number for sending bills/invoices to customers and without a phone number.
Storage: This app collects storage permission for saving reports in local device storage.
Location: This app collects location details to verify your location & current address, to ensure serviceability and to identify unusual activity to prevent fraud.
SMS: This app collects SMS data like sender names, SMS body, and received time to understand your income and spending patterns and automatically fetch your expenses, bills, and credits. We do not read any personal or OTP messages.
Apps: AWS MobileClient SDK collects details of your installed applications to validate and authenticate users.
Calendar: This app collects event data on your calendar for saving customer’s Date of Birth, etc.
Make sure your app and any third-party code used comply with Google’s Device and Network Abuse policy to avoid future suspensions. After updating your Terms of Use, submit your appeal to Google Play, clearly stating the changes made to comply with the policy.
