Debjani Ghosh

In 2017, Debjani made history by becoming the president of the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM). She became the fifth president and the first woman at the helm in the three-decade history. She believes in the power of technology and how it can change lives. She tells technology can be leveraged for societal good when used as an enabler for inclusive growth. As the president of NASSCOM, she actively contributes to strengthening India’s position as a hub for innovation and digital talent. She was also helpful in developing ‘Think Digital, Think India’ strategy.

Roshni Nadar

The chairperson of HCL technologies and the first woman to lead a listed IT company in India. Roshni is a billionaire and was ranked 55th on the Forbes World’s 100 Most Powerful Women. According to IIFL Wealth Hurun India Rich List (2019), the richest woman in India is Roshni. She also serves on the board of directors of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF). Under her leadership, HCL Technologies is among the top 20 largest publicly-traded companies in India. Passionate about wildlife and conservation, Roshni established the habitats trust in 2018 which aims to protect indigenous species, natural habitats and sustainable ecosystems.

Deepa Madhavan

She is the director of data privacy, product and engineering at PayPal. With an impressive track record and career of over two decades, she has successfully led product and engineering teams in the regulatory data and Data ware housing space. Her core work ethics revolve around being a result-oriented leader and remaining people-centric. She is currently part of Global Data Governance. She manages regulatory data within the company. Cultivating a diverse and inclusive environment in the workspace is always her goal.

Vanitha Narayanan

Vanitha is the chairman of IBM India Pvt Limited. Appointed to this leadership position in Jan 2017, she plays a significant role in enabling IBM’s global missions. She used to handle a telecom vertical before moving to India in 2009. Under her leadership, India has become one of the fastest-growing markets for IBM. Narayanan was also instrumental in providing strategic insights to the NITI Aayog in framing policies for making students industry-ready. Vanitha was the first chairperson of AMCHAM India and serves as a member of the National Executive Board.

Gitanjali Singh

She is the head of the strategy and client success at Visionet BFSI, a renowned IT company. It has branches in New Jersey, the US, Bangalore, Mumbai and Coimbatore in India. As the head of client success, she was responsible to create a sales team from India that targets and caters to US markets. The challenge was how will a team from India achieve revenue goals in the US market. Gitanjali bravely faced this challenge to build a team of passionate executives. In 2021 the team contributed a sale of $19 million with a growth of 111%. She has also helped in setting up a free skill development program named ‘ Unnati for India’ during the pandemic.
